Now online: Program for ISimT-19

Once more, we have exciting lectures on the agenda of our “Symposium on Innovative Simulations in Turbomachinery” – the ISimT-19 on 19 and 20 November 2019 in the castle Hohenkammer near Munich! You can find them at http://isimq.com/isimt-symposium/.

This year’s keynote lectures are from Florian Menter (ANSYS Germany), who talks about recent advances in turbulence modelling, Nick Wyman (Pointwise) on a new mesh adaptation technology that works independently of the CFD code, and our expert on numerical CFD methods, Paul Galpin, who will present solution algorithms for the pressure-velocity-density coupling.

Whether for theory or practice – ISimT-19 offers every year new insights into the world of turbomachinery simulation. For this year’s ISimT-19, we were, among others, able to get representatives of Siemens, MTU Aero Engines and BorgWarner Turbo Systems Engineering, who will share their simulation experience from an industrial perspective. Also, the participants can inform themselves about current, scientific research results, such as those of Technische Universität Dresden, Hochschule Luzern, and the Korean Inha University.
