Make a note of it: On 15 and 16 March 2021, Technische Akademie Esslingen near Stuttgart organises a seminar on „Transformation of the Fan Industry by Digitisation (Veränderung des Ventilatorenbaus im Zeichen der Digitalisierung)“. The event highlights opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SME) arising from digitisation.

The seminar topics range from the use of simulation methods in fan design and development over digital twins to IoT-based predictive maintenance systems. ISimQ contributes to the seminar with a lecture on “Flow Simulation in Virtual Product Development – Opportunities and Challenges (Strömungssimulation in der digitalen Produktentwicklung – Chancen und Herausforderungen)”. The seminar lectures will be in German.
