Symposium on Innovative Simulations in Turbomachinery ISimQ presents ISimT-17 20 - 21 November 2017, Rottach-Egern, Germany Registration form Symposium ISimQ invites you to ISimT-17, its second annual Symposium on Innovative Simulations in Turbomachinery. The symposium stands for a lively and creative exchange on innovative turbomachinery simulation technology through dialogue with experts and peers. There will be presentations from all areas of turbomachinery: pumps, water turbines, fans, propellers, compressors, gas, steam and wind turbines. As an attendee you will benefit from exposure to latest simulation technology, creative applications of existing simulation tools, as well as time to brainstorm with a like-minded group. Jörg Seume (Leibniz Universität Hannover) on “Using CFD to Improve the Yield of Experiments”, Dirk Nürnberger (Siemens) on “Experiences on using High-Fidelity CFD for Gas Turbine Design related in Industrial Environment” and Georg Scheuerer (ISimQ) on “Quantification of Numerical Errors and Uncertainties in Turbomachinery Simulations”. The first day will close with a symposium dinner. We will publish regular updates on the symposium program as it develops. Call for Presentations Contributions for ISimT-17 should be submitted in form of presentation slides (20 minutes) and/or optional white papers. The conference language will be English. Please forward a 1-page abstract of your 20-minute presentation by 15 September 2017 to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive notification of acceptance by 20 September 2017. By submitting a presentation you agree that your contribution will be published in the conference proceedings. It may be also be used in full or in excerpts (e.g. images) for marketing purposes by ISimQ. In all cases a reference to the original authors will be provided. A cancellation fee of 50 € will be charged for cancellations after 10 November 2017. It is, however, possible to nominate a replacement participant in case you cannot attend.
