Symposium on Innovative Simulations in Turbomachinery ISimQ presents ISimT-18 15 - 16 October 2018, Schloss Hohenkammer, Germany Registration form Symposium ISimQ invites you to ISimT-18, its third annual Symposium on Innovative Simulations in Turbomachinery. The symposium stands for a lively and creative exchange on innovative turbomachinery simulation technology through dialogue with experts and peers. There will be presentations from all areas of turbomachinery: pumps, water turbines, fans, propellers, compressors, gas, steam and wind turbines. As an attendee, you will benefit from exposure to educational keynote lectures, latest simulation technology, creative applications of simulation tools, and time to brainstorm with a like-minded group. Successes, as well as challenges, are welcomed and encouraged for discussion. Registration form Keynote speakers Professor Dr Li He University of Oxford on Multiscale Multiphysics Interactions: Challenges and Opportunities in Turbomachinery CFD Paul Galpin ISimQ on Vertex-Centred and Cell-Centred Discretisation Schemes – Theoretical Overview Preliminary Program ISimT-18 will commence on 15 October 2018, 13:00 h, with technical presentations by attendees. The 2018 keynote speakers are Professor Dr Li He (University of Oxford) on “Multiscale Multiphysics Interactions: Challenges and Opportunities in Turbomachinery CFD”, and Paul Galpin (ISimQ) on “Vertex-Centred and Cell-Centred Discretisation Schemes – Theoretical Overview”. The first day will close with a symposium dinner. We will publish regular updates on the symposium program as it develops.
