Move to the next Phase: Short Course & Conference on Multiphase Flows

Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) is organising the 15th Multiphase Flow – Conference & Short Course from 14 to 17 November 2017. ISimQ contributes a lecture on “Mathematical Models for Two-Phase Flows” to the short course.

Multi-day event for users from simulation and experimental field

HZDR’s multi-day event is intended to bring together users from the simulation and experimental field thus promoting discussions and the transfer of knowledge in the field of multiphase flows. Complex multi-phase flows play a significant role in product development in numerous industries such as the automotive and aerospace industries, chemical and process engineering, food production and power generation.

The event will commence with a short course on experimental and numerical methods for multiphase flow applications. ISimQ’s Georg Scheuerer will provide an overview of mathematical models for the simulation of two-phase flows. At the subsequent conference, experts will present their latest simulation technologies and applications as well as measurement methods and experimental investigations of multiphase flows.
